At the Heart...

In efforts to heal, I started to write.  The articles turned into chapters and before long, I decided to just call it a book. What I was discovering was so much deeper than just a personal journal.  I found myself feeling so compelled to share it, but after I started on the eighth chapter, it became too cumbersome to share.

My sweet friend, Rebecca told me that she downloaded an app to read the chapters I had sent in efforts to help her be able to listen while she multi-tasked the many daily tasks of life with littles season. In recent months, I had started using Zoog to narrate children's books for my granddaughter, Ava, and absolutely loved feeling like I could connect with her in that way right now.  I thought this was a great idea - I could read my own book!!  I dusted off my decades-old radio broadcasting skills and started narrating my own heart-felt words.  The Reluctant Journey With a Faithful God podcast was born.

This handsome fella to the right is my husband, Mike.  You'll hear more about him in upcoming episodes  He is my rock, my best friend and the man who builds my dreams.  I sincerely would not be able to do any of this without him!
